The building’s aesthetic for Sugar dates back to over a century ago, showcasing the grand regality of Old Regency Florida architecture and design. 🥂🌴

Its history is rich and of a time not often seen here the States, reminiscent of marvels like the Champs-Elysees in France or the Duomo in Italy. We wanted to preserve its beauty and refurbish its past greatness.

To craft an experience found nowhere else, we are drawing inspiration from all over the world and bringing it here to Sarasota. The menu will have a uniqueness like none other, and blended with impeccable service, Sugar will go above and beyond expectations from the moment you walk through our doors to the moment you’re able to pull yourself away.

An infinitesimal amount of care and thought has gone into renovating Sugar’s historic century-old building. From entirely new electrical and plumbing systems to hurricane-grade windows and doors, we’ve meticulously updated every detail while preserving its timeless charm.

Our champagne bar is a grand toast to the past, reimagined for today’s discerning tastes. 🥂
