Did you know that our Papa a la Hauncaina dish dates back to 6,000 B.C. and originated in the Huancayo region of Peru?
It is made with boiled yellow potatoes and covered with our homemade Hauncaina sauce (Crema de Hauncaina). Crema de Hauncaina is made of Peruvian Yellow Chili Peppers, farmers' cheese, and evaporated milk. It's typically spicy but can be mild per request.
