What a way to celebrate 🍾 the Pigeon Forge locations 1 year anniversary, by opening another location the same month!
When I opened Pigeon Forge last year, I had no help, I knew nobody in this state, I was taken advantage by local contractors, and the build out took more then a year. I never gave up, paid my rent for a empty store, I just knew the potential this area had, and I made it happen! Thank God for my kids and Jolesa who stood by my side, and helped out anyway they could! ❤️
Nobody was selling pizza by the slice, no business was promoting like I was or even mentioning TripAdvisor like I was. One year later I got all these pizzerias and restaurants going crazy, restaurants trying to sell pizza by the slice, pizzerias going out of business, others promoting exactly the way I do when they never did before, some opening more hours and days, just doing exactly what I do, and I must say I'm extremely flattered 🙃 Let's not forget to mention how I helped other local restaurants step up their cleanliness, by the way I run my restaurants, last Board of Health Score was a 99! The best part was when everyone told me that opening at 10am till 12am and selling pizza by the slice was a BAD idea, and I mean EVERYONE told me that in Pigeon Forge! Phil why do you think nobody does it, because it won't work, they tried it, and failed... Thank God I never listen to anybody, and did exactly the opposite of what everyone told me to do lol 😆😁🤑 My hard work ethic, my amazing product, my CONSISTENCY, is what lead me to where I am today.
So happy to meet Brent and his beautiful family, the first day they had my pizza they were hooked, and he told me one day he would own a Solorzanos Location! I told him let me know my man, this is what I do! He winds up signing a license agreement for the Sevierville Location, buys the Pigeon Forge location, we open up Waldens Creek Location, and now the Gatlinburg location today! So happy for our partnership, friendship, and so proud of how hard you and your family have been working, it shows! ❤️ Now let's 🍕🐐💪👌😎
