We are currently looking for a Shift Manager at our Sarasota, FL location. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for working with the General Manager to achieve Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction and sales.

Our preferred Shift Manager MUST have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a management role for a quick / full-service restaurant or retail establishment. Candidates should have a high school degree and possess intermediate math skills, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Potential candidates will also need to be hard working, dependable and enjoy challenges. Candidates must be able work a combination of day and night shifts. As a Restaurant Manager, you will build and supervise a team that achieves our company's goals of customer satisfaction, sales, profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include

Ensuring customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
Preparing and ensuring that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers
Achieving the standards for a clean and organized restaurant
Recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating
Developing a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills and implements change in a positive manner resulting in low colleague turnover
Scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintaining restaurant equipment
Managing all financial responsibilities with integrity and performing tasks associated with achieving cost control goals and supervises colleagues to ensure goals are met
Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role
Must be 21 years of age or older.
The ability to supervise up to 7 employees at the same time and to motivate them to meet goals, duties and deadlines.

Salary is based of 46 hours a week / 6 day work week
