CLASSES CANCELLED!

We have no power. Hopefully it will be on later, but the weather is still pretty nasty outside. Lots of flooded roads and downed powerlines. We have a fallen powerline on our bus. Be Safe! We will see you tomorrow!

School starts in 2 weeks!! Don't forget to registration for after school pick up. We offer pick up at 9 different schools.

How times flies! These 2 students started at the same time in 2017. We recreated that day recently because both of them will be testing for Black Belt this month. We are so proud of both of you!!

Thank you for your patience with the new scoring system. We learned a lot to help us prepare for November. We will be using the icross system at the November 4, 2024 tournament. More details on that later. THANK YOU again for making it a successful event.

Don't forget about the sparring scrimmage. You will need to bring your gear. There will be rings with icross but bring your gear!

SCRIMMAGE!! The free scrimmage is just around the corner, Saturday, April 6.

Remember: BRING YOUR GEAR and a water bottle. We will have water, Powerade, pizza and snacks available for purchase.

ICROSS: We will have rings with icross equipment. We will have socks and hands to use. KPNP socks will work with icross.

Thank you to all of the competitors, schools and families that traveled last weekend to compete at the Florida Tae Kwon Do Open. We appreciate all of the support. There were a few challenges that caused issues at the tournament. We've resolved the issues and will be implementing new things to keep the tournament moving next year. We hope to see everyone again on Saturday, November 2, 2024.

Forms category for the Florida Tae Kwon Do Open has TWO LEVELS. There is a MEDAL Round and a TROPHY Round. Below is an example of the format. This the format for FORMS & WEAPONS.

Camp is Open tomorrow!

We will open for day camp on Tuesday. We do not know about Wednesday yet. For those that don't know yet, Sarasota County cancelled public school for Tuesday and Wednesday.

This is our next tournament. It is September 2 in Punta Gorda, Florida. This is a martial art open. The rules and procedures are different than our traditional TaeKwonDo tournaments. Any student interested see Master Roy or Master Steven.
