After 5+ years of Lake Lonely Watersports and 25+ years of D&D Mobile Marine, our owner Dave DeLuca will be retiring. Dave has sold his business and it will now be under the name “Saratoga Boat Care” with a new owner. Starting April 15th the new owners will be operating with Dave still completing work until June 1st.

Please join us to congratulate Dave on his retirement and continue to support the new owners at Saratoga Boat Care!

- These are part time positions, however being available most weekends is a must
*Experience with boating, fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding is an added bonus, but not required

In preparation for the summer and our upcoming season we are hiring! We are looking for hard working and personable individuals who work well in a fast pace environment. This position is perfect if you are high school or college student looking for a summer job.

About this Clerk/Customer Service Representative position:

〰 $15-$17 hourly rate
〰 Part time position
〰 This position runs from April until October (If you are a student and won’t be out of school until after April, we may be willling to work around that)
〰 Flexible hours but must be available to work weekends if needed (Our hours are 8-5 during the week and 6-6 on the weekend, so you must be available sometime in that time frame)
〰 This job is all outdoors so being out in the warm weather is a must
〰 Because our business is all outdoors when the weather is poor, we most likely will be closed. This means your hours can be subject to change based on the weather.
〰 Some tasks Include: Greeting customers, cashing customers in and out, getting customers equipment prepped, and taking reservations

Requirements:
〰 Must be at least 16 years of age or older
〰 Previous kayaking, boating, or SUP experience not required but are a bonus

We are looking for a hard working individual with a “hustler” mentality who is not afraid to work outdoors during the cooler months. This position will be assisting our main marine mechanic in many different ways such as Shrink Wrapping boats, winterizing boats, boat bottom washing, etc.
Prior experience recommended but not required.
Position will run from September 1st until the end of November.
Hourly wage will be based off experience in the marine industry.

The crappie bite is beginning to heat up here at Lake Lonely. These boys caught an absolute monster today on a nightcrawler. The water temperature is just over 60 degrees now and the fishing is picking up with fish moving into the shallows.
