Domaine Daniel Crochet is a certified organic fourth generation family winery in Sancerre AOC and they are putting out some very delicious Sancerre Pinot Noirs. With a focus on viticultural techniques to maximize flavor concentration in the grapes and environmentally responsible disease and pest control, and great value. Antiquum Farms is raising the bar for sustainability when it comes to organic and biodynamic farming. Using Grazing-Based Viticulture, a regenerative approach to farming where carefully selected pigs, sheep, fowl, and guardian dogs contribute to the richness and diversity of the microbiome of the soil, and the terroir expressed in their wines. Antiquum Farms vineyards produce Pinot Noir berries with thicker skins and a distinctive blue tone, and Pinot Gris berries with a range in color from green/yellow to dark purple and a broad aromatic and flavor spectrum.
Owner and Farmer Stephen Hagen shows how terroir can be determined not just by the topographical orientation of the slope combined with the elemental and structural composition of the soil, but by microbiological community in and around the soil.
“Allium” is a wonderful expression of Antiquum Farms Pinot Gris vineyard. Forty days of skin maceration, a light pressing, and six months aging in neutral French oak result in a fruity and herbal wine with notes of alpine strawberry, melon, thyme and dried lavender.

Drawn from the vineyard's prime block of Pinot Noir, Ilahe's 2018 "Percheron" shines as a gorgeous showcase of the Williamette Valley's fabled terroir.
Hand-harvested from vines grown in sedimentary clay, it's sustainably farmed, LIVE certified and salmon-safe.
The nose features a robust, slightly smoky bouquet of ripe red fruit giving way to a clean and round palate of pomegranate aril, cranberry and clove.
After 16 months spent in 50% New French Oak, it offers a beautiful tannin structure with a slightly earthy finish of cocoa and pie spice.
