Copake site. Here we are, gearing up for this build. It was a very long, hectic Summer. Been a long time since I started something fresh, I feel. Too long. A new home has a way of breathing fresh life into a soul. As I take my breath, i feel this home coming to life. Its almost my turn to put my hands on tonwork on this home besides laying it out the best subcontractors I have ever had the privilegeto work beside. I thank you all. Let this new home bring new l8fe and new beginningsto us all!

Pool House Sanctuary. Well drilled, sewage system installed, gas, electric, and water installed. All mechanicals roughed in. Finish grading completed. Bronze metal roofing coming soon. Finally landscape design and plantings going in by Judy Murphy of Old Farm Nursery.

Black Lab Farm. copper roofing completed, finish grading completed, blacktop drive in.

Black Lab Farm Project. Barn Renovation plus 6k square foot addition. We're getting there.

Job site photos: Black Lab Farm is in the finishing stages interior. 8" white oak floors down. Some cabinetry in. Bathrooms mostly complete. Copper gutters all installed. Awaiting copper roofing

Pool House project: underway with confirmation of civil engineering. Fireplace going up. Outdoor kitchen started. Electrical rough in and plumbing about complete. Many things being chosen

Black Lab Farm Project. Driveway rough in.

Barn Renovation/Addition: we are all roughed in for mechanicals. Waiting on some A/V boxes so we can start closing it up with drywall. Siding going smooth. Onward we go.

Woodstock project

Our 3 projects in 3 totally different phases...Poughquag Barn addition home all framed up. Dover pool house footings in. Woodstock home in final finish phase. And my best girl keeping me company Christmas Eve day in bed after my booster shot. Merry Christmas all.

Our second project moving along nicely. Porches coming soon.

Kitchen cabinets going in as well as vanities, benches and tile more! Metal roofing going on finally and put some shutters up today 😃

With a couple weeks of framing, we are shooting for the roof start by the end of our 3rd week next week....missed a couple photo shots as we built it up, but hey, we've been busy.
Our Woodstock project is working towards final phases as well. Cabinetry installation started this past Tuesday.
Is coming to template thus coming Wednesday. Rock on!

Been a minute since I posted...as we are a year and half into this Pandemic, materials and supply lines are getting more difficult regardless of a vaccine or ordering way in advance...so I made these columns, wraps, inlays and coffered panels on site for our grand front entrance. Got our first coat of paint on them. Not too shabby for jobsite shop work 😉

As our Woodstock project is moving into final stages, our Poughquag addition project foundation second stage completed. Cabinetry to be installed this month in Woodstock. Ruberwall to be next stage in Poughquag before backfill and more concrete to come.

This was a busy week with deliveries! SO exciting! Our siding came in and our mid boards, post wraps, crown moulding for our freeze board and soffits on Thursday afternoon. We got our t&g and finished porches. Got our shiplap material and routered it all up. Our tile is rolling in...it's time to turn the phones off and WORK 💪💪💪

11 months old. BEST girl in the world. Miss Halo. Been building custom homes since she was 7 weeks old! Loves my guy's year and half old daughter ❤

Happy days. Couple long days of t&g. Great room ceiling done. This is the beauty of being the "builder GC". You frame it and EVERYTHING lines up like it should. Love it. Stay tuned.

And here we are 3 months after our plates were laid. All roughed in and insulating scheduled for tomorrow!

Been a minute since I posted. Fireplace exterior is up. Mahogany porches are down. Tongue and groove porch ceilings on 2 of 3 complete with triple header tim wraps. Framing and plumbing inspections complete. Electrical next week. Post wraps, siding to come and much more!

Getting there...

Good Saturday everyone. We are coming along nicely here in Woodstock, NY. Fireplace through the roof, 2 out of 3 porches framed and ready. Wrap around back screened porch in the making along with the master balcony to come.
What do you like to see in your home? Open floor plan or one with rooms? A blend of both? I must tip my hat to for creating everything someone could ask for in a home. Open and grand with lovely designed rooms in such a way that if you choose, you can see straight through. It's not just line of sight, it is designed with vision. And what a view it is.

Lil update. All interior walls framed, fascias and soffits done on 3/4s of the house. Fireplace coming along nicely. Next week we'll start some porches I suppose.

Slab got finished last week on Wednesday. Friday, plates were laid and most of main girders with Lolly columns. Today, girders were finished, floor system installed, steps built, and skinned the floor. Tomorrow we start the walls. 9' 6" ceilings. Studs were cut today as well.
