Jackie is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with a desire to create a tailored nutrition program to align with your lifestyle while meeting your personal goals. She will teach you how to utilize sustainable strategies, developing eating habits and behaviors to optimize your health and maximize your longevity. She has pursued wellness from a young age and continues to engage in nutrition education. Sharing wellness and nutritional knowledge is a passion. Spending time with family and friends, hiking, cooking healthy meals and reading are few of her favorite pastimes.

Thanks to all who participated in rowing to the crawfish pond to go crawfish fishing for a prize from SP Fitness & Nutrition Bar!!

We had a blast meeting so many community members and are so excited that our booth placed second!!

Our personal training client Emily Schutt received a brand new pulmonary valve!! She was able to be released the same day as the procedure 6 days ago ❤️

Our member Pablo tragically lost one of his 27 month old twins, Matteo, who became ill about 3 weeks ago with an illness which attacked his liver causing liver failure and rapidly took his life 💔

Pablo, wife Jess and their twins Matteo and Gabriel live in Sauk City and really felt a sense of community of this friendly inclusive and family fun community. Please help us support them in any way you can. Thank you.
