We're kicking off the season of giving with a community food drive and are inviting you to join us in helping others in need.

Bring your non-perishable food items to your nearest participating property (see list below). It's that easy! Peanut butter, canned goods, cereal and boxed meals are all great options! Just drop your items in the labeled bin, and we'll deliver the items to the local food bank for distribution at the end of the drive.

We're making progress at Reside with the installation of siding! The warm and natural palette matches the current fall vibes. 🍂

Here are some recent photos of the first of three buildings at Reside Apartments in Savage, MN. We were hired by Enclave to install James Hardie siding on the exterior. The orange tinted siding is a two-tone wood grain finish over James Hardie cedar mill lap. The clubhouse and first building are complete. Beautiful buildings!
