Here is a new LVP install in 4 hrs today.

Just an old remodel of a carport to a bedroom with closet space added. This was completed July 16th 2023, almost a year ago today. For some reason I had forgot to post these pictures after completion, so here it is a year later. Lol

Bathroom Remodel Underway- More Pictures To Come!!!
Removed window, framed up wall, installed new lap siding on the exterior, sheeted with 1/2 in sheetrock on the interior, reinforced floor joists, double sheeted the floor with 1/2 in & 3/4 in plywood, framed up new wall next to tub to support new surround and sheeted with 1/2 in sheetrock.
Customer decided they wanted to remove the FRP paneling and sheet the whole bathroom in with 1/2 in sheetrock.

Kitchen Remodel Underway!!!
Replaced rotted joists and structurally reinforced them. Wound up tearing the paneling out and reframing the wall on the right hand side of the window.[ Forgot to take pictures of the new framing. ] Re-sheeted the walls with T111 and double sheeted the floor with 1/2 in and 3/4 in plywood.

Newly Acquired Asbestos Abatement Project Supervisor Certification. If the need ever arises then I am able to Safely and Legally have your problem taken care of.

We will be offering 3 key services during the "Hurricane Season" to support our local community.

1) We are offering an on-call Emergency Service during bad weather to help minimize your property damage, and help you make it thru until the damage can be fully repaired.

2) We are offering an appraisal negotiation service with your insurance adjuster, to help save you money.

3) For customers that don't have insurance, or don't have the means to pay a deductible or out of pocket expenses up front. We are offering a few payment options to suit your specific needs.

All of our work has a service guarantee, customer satisfaction is our goal. We give a customary 1 year service warranty on all installations due to defective materials.

A little flooring job we did. We removed the linoleum tiles and installed vinyl lap & fold floating floor.
Before and After. The process wasn't as painless as it looked but it was a fun project.
