Being able to partner with The Hub to bring healthy smoothies to the Habersham Village neighborhood has been such a pleasure for us. From selecting the finest fruits to designing a vibrant store front, we’ve poured our hearts into this venture. The amount of support we’ve received has carried us through the rough days, and the satisfied sips & smiles create the best ones. Our little shop has begun to flourish, with our presence slowly building to the giant glow we know we’re capable of. Our journey has been so much more than food and smoothies - it’s about the connections we’ve been building. We’ve worked with local farmers, supported charity events, and built bonds with like-minded business owners in the area. It’s this kind of community, one that understands that rising waters can raise all ships, that we’ve seeked to put our roots in. We believe so firmly that it’s the power of spreading Prana, whether it’s in a smoothie or a smile, that connects us to the best versions of ourselves. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for not only receiving our Prana, but returning it back to us tenfold. We love you Savannah!

What a special treat our hummus is. Made with love from dried garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, a touch of honey and that perfect touch of chili oil

We will be serving lunch every Tuesday and Friday at Over Yonder for the near future as we continue to grow in the Savannah community.

🥭🍤🧀 Cotiga Crusted Shrimp with Mange Slaw 🧀🍤🥭

This recipe is inspired from a dear chef friend Cory Monzingo who we had the pleasure to work with a few years back. In a sad turn of events Cory was taken from us in a terrible accident at a young age. Creating this dish was bittersweet but we felt empowered to recreate his flavors and pay homage.
The sharp Cotiga and sweet creamy mango are two contrasting flavors that really create a unique experience with every bite.

Exciting news! Prana will be having our first public pop-up in Savannah!

Showcasing our Tex-Mex menu and slinging some tacos and bowls, hop right inside to Moodrights and play a game of bingo for fun prizes! 🥇🏆

We will be located right outside
Over Yonder in between Lone Wolf and Moodrights. Please come support and try out delicious food! 🌞❤️

Hearty and protein filled!
Blue corn tortillas from give a great clean flavor that amplifies the savory and salty steak cut. A little goat cheese and fresh cilantro make for a complete breakfast!
