Wow Tracy! How do you do it? Full-time mom getting up early for the early morning swim practices! Driving across the country for the swim meets! Taking care of everything and everyone around you working and still manage to have a 2 1/2 hour Boot Camp? How do you do it? Especially when your instructor asks you to do 20 mountain climbers 20 jumping jacks 15 times after an hour and a half of cross training high impact cardio with weights? Wow fitness has its rewards! Wow how is it possible that you play 18 holes of golf, tennis, travel,do a 2 1/2 hour Boot Camp class do all the weight machine stand on one leg lifting weights do an hour of abs? How is it possible that you look 30 years younger then your actually age? The answer is I get up and I get to the gym so I can do everything! I just keep moving and pushing forward and you’re there!

I do the strength circuit, Pilates and cross train on the cardio equipment. I do strength conditioning with free weights, lots of jumping jacks and 3 minute planks and also stand on one leg and lift weights at the club”

How is it possible to be a full time professional and a full-time mother and have time to jump as high as your kids, run as fast and have the energy to play with them ….as opposed to watching them play?  well here we go it’s Shauna! Shauna is clearly aging in reverse who is the mother of five and that is active beyond words! She is an inspiration to everyone and everything around her because she takes the time out of every day to inspire everyone to do the same.
Her regimen includes eating clean, Mindfulness, attitude of gratitude and positivity cross training with strength conditioning weights, running, power Pilates intense core workouts and nonstop creative power pushes with the F-Finatics!!! Shauna is beautiful from the inside out and the outside in! Thank you so much for being the bright light wherever you go!

Nancy how do you stay so fit an ageless? I work out 6 to 7 days per week at SWSI run on the treadmill do the Pilates machine, the Power Plate and strength conditioning classes! I also don’t put anything in my mouth it’s not good for me! Member since 2022
