A spring update to one of our most loved dishes: Our Moroccan-Spiced Salmon is still a crispy skin-on filet of salmon dusted with a savory blend of Moroccan spices but is now served on a bed of bulgur wheat studded with dried currants and spicy toasted almonds and it's paired with roasted carrots that have a sweet, spicy & sour glaze.
