Turning basic, dated railings and spindles into a modern masterpiece 🤌🏽🤩

This detailed process was a fun one to be a part of!
-Our team covered all surrounding areas before starting, walls floors and everything in between.

-Assembled a full containment of the area fixed with roll up doors so the customers home was still functional upon us leaving daily.

-Fully stripped/sanded all the old stain & poly to bare wood, down to every small corner and edge.

-Following pre stain we applied 2 colors, Minwax Ebony on the base & Minwax Espresso on the Spindles/Rails

-After allowing 24 hrs to cure we applied 3 coats of Enduro Satin Clear Poly sanded with 320 Grit between coats to ensure a smooth glass like finish on all surfaces.

•Our customer stated this 30 year old deck has been painted regularly every 2-3 yrs without any sanding.•In order to bring the surfaces back to life we meticulously sanded and stripped all the old paint and repaired/replaced any major carpentry flaws. •This ensured a safe and smooth splinter free surface to apply our custom color matched solid stain.

No better sight than the sun hitting a fresh, spray finished trim surface 😲💎

•This trim was heavily brushed during prior applications. In order to fix this we meticulously sanded every detail till a smooth finish was achieved, Filled all imperfections with Bondo Glazing Putty, primed and top coated with 2 coats of SW Emerald Trim Enamel.

Spraying first coat of color after 2 coats of primer and sanding in between coats. Spraying Custom Color Emerald Urethane with the Graco 495 Pc Pro w/ a 210 FFLP tip at 1400 PSI

Note: We are currently not advertising cabinet projects as this is a property we own. We always want to ensure we’ve tested numerous products and methods, honing in our craft before entering a customers home. Different top coats, Catalysts, hardeners, etc. are all things that play a huge part in the durability of the final product.

Always hire the painters who have a deep knowledge of the products they use at your home if you want the best long lasting outcome!
