True Juice Cafe

To Our Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart to announce that on Saturday, November 19th, True Juice has closed the cafe until further notice. We will still operate the juice side of the business while the cafe remains closed. After three years in service, it's been quite a ride. We opened our doors in January 2020, and faced adversity right off the bat. A global pandemic, supply chain bottlenecks, a struggling labor force, and rising costs due to inflation. Through it all, we have kept our heads up high, came into work, and served incredible guests. Over the last few months, I have been dealing with a tough decision to keep the cafe open. Ultimately I am deciding to focus solely on what we love to do here, and that's making Organic Juice for all to love and enjoy.

Our vision is to have a great locally owned juice company that prides itself on making the healthiest juice with only the cleanest ingredients. We make 100% organic cold-pressed juice with no B.S. Our juice is RAW, as nature intended, with no additives, no preservatives, and no natural flavors. My goal is to build a Juice company that works for all the people in our community. We will explore options on how everyone wants to get their weekly organic cold-pressed juice. Stay tuned for updates and how we jump into our next chapter.

To end, I must say thank you to all our amazing guests. We could not continue the cafe for as long as we did if it wasn't for you. Thank you to my team members who helped serve so many people and made it great to come to work every day. I am looking forward to the future of True Juice.

We are closed for a vacation—from this Saturday, 7/2, to next Friday, 7/8. We will reopen on Saturday, 7/9 (9 am to 2 pm).

This will be our first time taking a week off since we opened the business 2.5 years ago. Thank you to all of the guests who make this business possible.

Iced coffee season is year round, right?

Taking a moment to reflect. We're nearing our second birthday and we've come a long way. These are what the bottles used to look like. You can see we were still experimenting with the labels and even the juice flavors!

We can't thank this community enough for being there for us these past two years. We opened our doors just a few weeks before COVID shut everything down back in 2020. It's been quite the ride but it's just getting started.

The best is yet to come.

Happy MLK Day. We are open Monday 1/17/22 9am - 2pm. We offer curbside pickup for all orders. Ginger shots are in stock to help you stay healthy or kick a cold. Sweet Snap is a great juice if you have any congestion, inflammation, or looking for extra vitamin C.

A fun fact about acai bowls? They're sneaky filling.

Who would have thought that a bowl made mainly of fruits could make your stomach so full? It's a delicious way to get you over the midday hump, or perfect to start your day.

We have bacon! In case you didn't hear we added bacon to our menu which means the iconic bacon, egg, and cheese is now on the menu!

Let's make some juice!

1 & 2. We prep all the fruits and vegetables! We make sure to weigh everything out as the juice-making process is very specific.

3. Our juice press machine (Goodnature Products, Inc.) cuts up all the whole fruits and vegetables, and begins to press!

4. The juice comes out the bottom!
