Sometimes, you just have to stop and smell the roses. So, on August 15, we celebrate National Relaxation Day. While we as parents of people with disabilities have a hard time taking that time for ourselves, it can only do more harm than good. In order for us to give our best, we need to be at our best! It’s hard to avoid burnout without kicking that foot up on an ottoman every now and then!
Today! It’s your time to kick back and chill!
