Office Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities:

* Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and mailings.
* Answering and screening multi-line phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party or taking accurate messages.
* Using computers to generate reports, transcribe business letters and documents, and conduct research.
* Using Quick Books to complete daily tasks and reports including invoicing, statement preparation, and receiving.
* Manage company social media accounts and website. Marketing the company to current and potential customers.

Job includes loading and unloading trucks, maintaining warehouses, yard and inventory, stocking shelves, helping customers fill their orders, pulling orders for deliveries, additional assigned duties not limited to this brief list. If you have a CDL drivers license it would be a plus, but we would be willing to train on our trucks to move up in the company.
