We're very excited to announce Bethany Spencer is bringing the original HOT 26 to Studio 4 Hot Yoga & Pilates

Bethany has been teaching Bikram Yoga for 12 years. A life changing back injury and spine fusion led her to the traditional hatha yoga practice. After losing range of motion and living with chronic pain, Bikram Yoga improved her mobility, relieved the pain, and improved her quality of life. Bethany focuses on the healing and therapeutic benefits of Bikram Yoga and specializes in working with people suffering from all types of injuries and limitations. She is able to make this practice accessible, even to people who never thought they could do yoga.

Starting Sunday, April 16 you can find Bethany in the Hot Yoga Studio on
Sundays at 7am
&
Wednesdays at 4pm

Join us for an all levels yoga class at the VanGogh Immersive Experience at the Schenectady Armory.

This will be a relaxing, slow moving class accessible to all levels (even newbies)

Can you imagine practicing yoga, meditating, connecting to your breath and your body inside a VanGogh painting?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a yoga mat and meet us at the VanGogh Experience

Class will last 45mins- 60mins
You will have the option of enjoying the entire exhibit after class or leaving.
