We only had our precious rescue little Miss Lola for 8 months. Today we had to say goodbye to her😢 She’s no longer in pain - we are - but I’m so grateful we got to love her for those 8 months. She stole our hearts from day one and a huge chunk is missing right now. RIP my sweet girl❤️

AHHHH, young love🥰 These two were the just the cutest, sweetest and delightful couple. Their only request was to have some fall colors in their session. I think Como Springs in Morgan, UT definitely provided that:)

We love going to UT, after all we used to live there (Morgan still is 'Home') and we have kiddos there. But the fall is my absolute favorite time to be there!! No matter where you look there's beautiful scenery and I just have to take pictures, lol. Beautiful subjects in beautiful scenery = Heaven😍 This is up at Snow Basin. I could totally live there!! Well, until the snow becomes so deep you're stuck until spring😂

UT in the fall is like🥰🍄🍁❤️ Fall is my favorite time of year, so I’m a happy camper😜
Rocco is an old hand at traveling but this is Miss Lola’s first big trip with us. So far she’s loving it!!

I just LOVE my seniors!! They are so fun to work with. Excited about being done with school (at least for a bit😅) yet looking forward to the future with so much anticipation and hope - ready to fulfill their dreams💕 This is Isabella and yes, that awesome car is hers!! We had to spread the session over 2 days due to weather but she was game.

This family y'all!!! They braved the Texas (extreme) heat and looked incredible doing so! We had so much fun on this session!! Is this a gorgeous family or what! Their outfits were great, they were willing to do anything I asked them to do (including battling the biggest red ants!), were patient with me while I used my new camera for the 1st time on a full session, and those sweet kiddos❤️My sweet husband was there too and boy did I put him to work 🤣- he had to shield my camera lens from the sun. I'll have to get some BTS pictures at our next session of him working hard, lol.

So, I finally found time to set my camera up the way I want it. I’ll also tell y’all why me upgrading my camera is such a great deal for my clients😃 The pixelization is more than double on my new Sony a7R5. Why does that make such a difference? In quality of the pictures, especially when you go to print them. There are many more amazing features and upgrades with this camera, but for y’all (my sweet clients) that’s the most important one🧡 Stay tuned for pictures of my 1st session with the new camera! They turned out incredible!!!

Went scouting for a photography session for tomorrow evening (make sure we still have some green where I want to go) and looked at the temperature our car registered😳 Thank goodness it’s ‘only’ 102 outside. With our drought I’m amazed how lovely everything still looks🧡 My sweet family for tomorrow are troopers💪🏼 We’re either going to be dealing with 106 degree temperatures or rain🤪 Welcome to Southern Texas y’all!!

When your 4 year old grandson wants to be a photographer just like nana and takes your phone to take pictures. “Can you see nana’s face kiddo?” “Yes nana”.😂😂😂

My, my, how time flies!! Today our grand babies here in TX went back to school -Homeschool❤️ We now have an 9th grader and 2nd grader in UT who will start school this Wednesday. And 2 Pre-schoolers, also in UT, who will start on the 29th. And then these 2 here. It seems like just yesterday that our own 4 boys started school. Am I getting older? LOL

I was privileged to take this cute couples engagement pictures!! The son and (future) daughter in law of my dear friend. We were driving back home to TX from UT through CO to visit with them - it's become a wonderful ritual to visit one another when we're in each other's state🧡Blessed to call former neighbors our besties!!
Longmont, CO is such a beautiful place, full of amazing spots for photography - but, boy oh boy, those mosquitoes at the park ate us alive! LOL

The bluebonnets weren't out in abundance this year, but this family had them on their own property and we took full advantage of them😃

The Riverwalk in San Antonio lends itself to beautiful pictures!! It was a gorgeous day all around - not too hot, not too humid, not to crowded😜Of course it totally helps if you have a beautiful couple❤️
