If you are a homeowner in the Woodland Oaks subdivision and you need a Pool key card, please contact Associa at 210-545-1888. (our HOA management group.)We have a few new homeowners that have moved into the subdivision recently. Associa can also verify if you qualify for a tennis/ pickleball key. You do have to have a zero balance to be issued either key.

The board has noticed a few homeowners letting in nonhomeowners or teenagers into the pool who are under 16 and live in another subdivision.
The police were called by the board on Tuesday when 2 teenagers who live in Ashley Place climbed the pool fence to use our pool.
Homeowners who have paid their dues to use the pool have active pool key card.
Never let anyone in. If they have an active pool key card, they can use it to let themselves in.
Those without pool key cards try to enter behind homeowners with key cards. Only let your party inside the the pool gate. Ask those that are following you to please to wait till the gate is closed, then they can use their own key card to enter.
The phone number of Associa is on the bulletin board for anyone to call for questions.
Unfortunately, there are some homeowners that have not paid their 2024 dues and their key cards are not active this year until 2024 annual dues are paid in full. They have a key card from last year, but is not active for 2024. It is why it is very important for everyone to use their key pass to ensure that only active 2024 Woodland Oaks homeowners are entering and using the pool. The board tries very hard to have a family-friendly pool for our paid homeowners. We have ordered 2 more lounge chairs and they should arrive soon. Please enjoy your pool.
ASP ( our pool company) had to add more chemicals to the pool this am due to heavy use over the past weekend. The pool will be opened by 11 am today.

GEM material could not deliver until Monday Am. We would like help late Monday 5/6/24 afternoon, between 4-6 pm to spread it out over the playground & swing sets.
We would appreciate any and all help. If you have a wheel barrel and or a metal rake, please bring them. Hope to see those that can help at the playground Monday pm!
We are scheduled to have pea gravel delivered to the playground Monday morning. Do we have any volunteers that could help us spread it that afternoon? Delivery is scheduled for 8am.
Woodland Oaks spring clean-up at the pool had been rescheduled till 5/4/24. Hope to see everyone then to get the pool area in shape for the pool season. The pool is scheduled to open on 5/11/24.

Please be on the lookout, On 1/1/2024 @ ~3am Woodland Oaks' Dimrock/ Kingsland Circle had 3 car burglaries spotted on Ring door bells. Please make sure your vehicles are locked, valuables removed, and report all suspicious activity to the police.

2024 Woodland Oaks HOA yearly dues have been mailed out. If you have not received yours by next week, please call Associa at 210-545-1888. Please pay no later than 1/1/24. Associa will add late fees on 1/2/24.

Woodland Oaks Pool will have Friday late night swim tonight! Pool opened till 10 pm!
Pool hours will change on 9/6/23 to open at 8 am and close at 7 pm.
Friday night late swim will continue in September with the pool closing at 9 pm!
Our pool will remain open as long as the weather permits. Last year we remained open till late in October.

Woodland Oaks Board will have a pool registration tomorrow 4/30/22 from 8-12 at the pool for those that need a pool key card. If you already have a key card from last year, yours is still active as long as your annual dues are paid in full. Please bring your DL & know your children DOB. If a renter, bring your lease agreement. The pool opens tomorrow!

When you take title to your home, you come under the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Architectural Design Guide for Woodland Oaks HOA. NOTE: Please don't confuse us with Park at Woodland Oaks HOA or Woodland Oaks Village HOA. They are not part of our HOA.
A section of our Covenants describes the Association and how membership is automatic to those people who purchase homes in the subdivision. There is an active Association which meets monthly. See other areas of this Page for that information. We are not to be confused with "The Park at Woodland Oaks Homeowners Association" which includes Section 5 and 6 of the Woodland Oaks subdivision. Those two sections were developed long after the original Horseshoe Oaks (DBA Woodland Oaks HOA) was organized and those residents were not annexed into our Association. They do not have access to the amenities located at 1056 Woodland Oaks Drive which includes the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.
Woodland Oaks started out as Horseshoe Oaks but is also known by the assumed name "Woodland Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. It was incorporated in 1984 by the developer as a mandatory membership association. Anyone who purchases a lot in the subdivision automatically becomes a member. There are currently 477 members in the Association and it is completely built out. Our members have access to a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouse, and a children's playground. All are located at 1056 Woodland Oaks Drive in Schertz. We DO NOT offer public memberships to any of our amenities. On March 2015, C.I.A. Services Inc., became our community manager after a short period with MP of Texas. They attend board meetings (if needed), help with budgeting and financial management, watch over our facilities and contractors, process deed restrictions violations and architectural control requests, and process HOA member assessment payments--just to name a few responsibilities. They can be reached at (210) 490-0000, if you have any questions. Our public school district is Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD and the following schools service our community: Samuel Clemens HS, Corbett Junior High, Wilder Intermediate and Paschal Elementary. Check the district's website for updated information. Our community is 5 miles north of Randolph AFB, 16 miles NE of San Antonio Military Medical Center and 28 miles NE of downtown San Antonio.
