The Outdoor Basketball Courts at Scituate High School will be closed today, Tuesday 6/25 through tomorrow Wednesday 6/26 at 3PM.

FYI - We will be conducting our annual lifeguard beach training and mock drills at Peggotty Beach today between 1:00pm-3:30pm

The Town of Scituate owns four beach wheelchairs!

Available at Egypt, Peggotty, Humarock & Minot beaches. The Minot chair is stored at the Recreation Department and requires transportation to the beach and back to the Rec Department.

Sign out process-
Before use, chairs should be signed out at the Recreation Department in person or over the phone. We ask for a completed waiver w/ sign out dates as well as a valid copy of a government issued ID.

June 25th through August 13th (8 Weeks) Tuesdays 6-8PM $40 (Community Turf Field #1)

This new soccer program offers young adults ages 18-35 an opportunity to play the sport they love in a fun and friendly group!

Have fun experimenting with watercolors, acrylic on canvas, paper sculpture, collage, mix media, stencil printmaking, and oil pastels. Intimate class size (8 participants only). Make art in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. An iPad or cell phone is recommended for class use, but not required. Supplies included in program rate! $105
