Our 3rd and 4th Grade students had the pleasure of experiencing Nettingham Middle School's Jazz Band and Crimson Choir on March 14th, as they visited Brunner on their elementary school tour! Pictured here are all of the Brunner alumni, who were VERY excited to perform at their elementary school! Brunner Forever!
Giselle Anatol, a professor of literature at the University of Kansas, a children's book author, and most importantly, a Brunner alumna, visited Brunner on 3/13/24 Dr. Anatol read her book Small Girl Toni and the Quest for Gold to our third graders and donated a signed copy to the Brunner library. She discussed her early stages as a writer while learning at Brunner and reminisced about her favorite teachers. Dr. Anatol's visit was a strong reminder of our school song "Brunner Forever!".
