Seeking a landscape estimator,

- Must understand all aspects of landscape design, planting, landscape construction, and drainage

- Responsibilities will include meeting with potential clients, measuring job sites, determining supplies and equipment needed for job, estimating and possible drawings as requested

- Must have good communication skills including following up with potential clients, answering all of their questions, providing clear directions to the vendors and crew about the job so it is completed correctly

- Job location includes office located in Union County NJ

- Company truck will be provided for estimates

Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing equipment, completing preventative maintenance
Maintain equipment’s functional condition by addressing operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing parts and components, and repairing body damage
Verifies equipment serviceability
Maintain service records and communicates progress
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance
Is conscientious of costs by using warranty, evaluating service and parts options
Keeps supplies in stock for and ready for use, placing orders, verifying receipt of parts

Seeking reliable and motivated landscape professional for immediate position. Experience with landscape maintenance a plus. On-job training available.
