They also make delicious sandwiches and flavourful coffees! The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, Sr, a master baker and Chris Ahlers, his son. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. The Bluffs Bakery is managed by Lana Ahlers, Chris Ahlers’ oldest daughter.
