A true testament to teamwork! Our incredible surgical team jumped into action for a brave 9-week-old rescue pup who needed an emergency nephrectomy. With Dr. Gans and Dr. Sekiya at the helm, our staff expertly managed her anesthesia and care. Thanks to their dedication, this little warrior now has a brighter future ahead! She even was adopted by one of our medical directors, Dr. Engelschall!

Exciting news! Our vet hospital is thrilled to offer acupuncture starting this October with Dr. Ferrari!

Dr. Ferrari is a highly skilled veterinarian who has special interest in acupuncture and holistic treatments. Offering new ways to address pain management, anxiety, mobility issues, and overall well-being.

The face of a mischievous pug! Josie was supposed to come in for a routine nail trim and did everything in her power to avoid that. When mom got out of the car to get Josie, she locked the doors! Scottsdale FD came in ASAP to help unlock the vehicle and rescue her out the car. We cooled her down and made sure she was safe to go back home. Can’t be mad at that cute face!

The “Tzu” crew came for a wellness visit with Dr. Gans, Dr. Soehn, and technician Emily! The whole family got a clean bill of health, and all need homes!!! *Breeder tagged in post* They are all named after Alvin and the Chipmunk characters… can you guess their names?

Shout out to Dr. Soehn, and Emily… and of course how cute are all these lil puppies 🐶 All named after Alvin and the Chipmunk characters!

Even the quick visits for outpatient care with our technicians can result in some cuddles from our paw- some veterinarians 🐾 Don’t let this little feline named Anna fool you, she enjoyed all the attention from Dr. Davis after receiving her ear cleaning ❤️‍🩹

Meet Abbie, the Basset/ Lab mix. Those droopy eyes 👀 will certainly steal your heart, but her right eye actually was causing some discomfort to her. Abbie’s owner noticed excessive irritation and tearing, so brought her in for evaluation. Dr. Engelschall quickly diagnosed her with Entropion: a condition where the eyelid droops inward. Those little lashes can cause irritation to the cornea, and cause excessive tearing, or even corneal abrasions.

A simple corrective surgery was suggested and this is her series of healing post op. ❤️‍🩹 As you can see at the end, here eyes are clear and bright, and she can now just focus on being the sweetest low rider you ever saw. Thanks for all the updates Abbie 🐾
