Position Summary:
Reporting to the Commercial Credit Supervisor, the Credit Specialist plays a vital role in efficiently managing construction project accounts for both internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Join our Commercial Team and contribute to the success of construction projects by:

• Processing Lien Waivers and Releases
• Coordinating AIA Billings with Project Managers and Controls
• Facilitating the flow of job information from Sales to the Commercial Credit Team
• Coding and assisting with online check processing
• Contributing to the order release queue
• Providing valuable support to Credit Analysts and Supervisors on special projects
• Assisting Credit Analysts in resolving customer account issues
• Engaging in general office duties

• Proficiency in effective business writing and professional communication
