Wanderlust. Even through the trials and tribulations of this last trip, Roger and I and our dear friends managed to have a spectacular time. This unexpected train ride from Nuremberg to Budapest was just one highlight.

Happy Holidays from The Schneiders! Old Town Scottsdale is bedazzled and looks amazing. Even the Bob Parks Arabian horses wear wreaths to celebrate our holidays.

I was a guest on Phoenix Magazine’s Best Podcast of 2023 today. It was so much fun! I talked about tips for new agents to set up their business and have a strong start in real estate.
