The Southern Smoke Foundation supports food and beverage workers in the U.S. by providing direct funding to individuals rebuilding from natural disasters, seeking emergency medical treatment, and recovering from accidents or other crises. Its mental health program, Behind You, provides no-cost counseling to industry members in several states.

Look at this beautiful dish from our Chef de Cuisine, Jimmy Craig: "It's great to be back in the kitchen again, figured I'd celebrate with one of my favorite things to cook! Spanish Octopus in a chorizo spice rub over a wood fire grill, with a bright and semi-sweet pineapple aji amarillo sauce, fried Peruvian potatoes, and some fresh cucumber and serrano pepper slices.

This is a great introduction to octopus if you've never tried it before, and perfect for summer. I had my staff try it and they were in love! (Some of them had never tried octopus either!)

I'll be running this as a feature for the next couple days at The Mission in Kierland Commons until it's gone! Come try it tonight, dinner service starts at 4pm!"
