This week I had two different ladies come in for Electrolysis, brining their little daughters. One was 3, one was four. Very unsually smart kids. Both, on the way into my room, said very loudly, "I love you mommy"! It was so sweet, but part of me wonders if there was something else to it??? Lol
I have found that most mom's needing to bring kids with for electrolysis appointments have kids that do great while they color or play with toys! They are welcome at

When a woman goes through a mastectomy, it involves so much more to recover than most of us can imagine. One of the reasons I wanted to learn and do permanent makeup, "tatooed cosmetics" was to help these women, after the reconstructive surgery. The breast is reconstructed, but often there is no ar**la, so it has to be tattooed on. It completes the look, and makes an enormous difference in how breast cancer survivors feel about themselves. Very often it's the last step in the process for them to feel like they look "normal" again.
I am so proud to have attended a class today to learn about this very important technique on a beautiful woman, generous enough to let us learn through her journey back from such a traumatic experience.
