This is a cool story! We are all big fans, and were saddened from the passing of the legend, Al McCoy. We were in discussions about doing a burger in his honor, and then as fate would have it the whole McCoy family came in last week to grub, and gave us the blessing to do a burger in his memory. So it is 100% our honor to present

SHAZAM- GORILLA style patties topped with ORANGE/habanero mustard, SUN dried ancho mayo, arugala, shredded duck confit, and crispy PURPLE onions

This milkshake doesnt slap... it straight punches you in the face!!! THE CIDER DONUT SHAKE- vanilla milkshake blended with sautéed apples, brown butter, apple cider, and cider donuts made specially by the legends

This weeks specials are dedicated to my dog Beans who passed away on Sunday. He was by my side for every burger created since I opened pvbc 13 years ago, and is already deeply missed. All proceeds from this menu will be donated to the Az humane society in Beans honor.
