As summer heat sets in, it is important to adjust your skincare routine to keep your skin healthy and glowing. The two most important steps are to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays, while hydration prevents dryness and helps maintain elasticity. Incorporating these two steps into your daily routine can make a big difference in how your skin looks and feels.
