Ramen Hood is a restaurant serving delicious Ramen in a fast casual setting where all of our guests will be able to build their own bowls!

We are looking for Team/Crew Members and Shift Leaders. Anyone with restaurant food service/quick service, line cook/prep cook, cashier, host, server experience welcome! Part-Time and Full-Time available!

Crew/Team Member

Interact with the Guests and maintain an upbeat attitude at all times
Communicate with guests and co-workers in a friendly, outgoing fashion
Work or perform services for others in a friendly, accommodating, and attentive manner
Explain the Ramen Hood ordering concept clearly and thoroughly in ways which appeal to new guests
Go above and beyond to make each Guests visit enjoyable
Enthusiastically pitch in to help fellow team members better serve guests

Ensures workstations are clean at all times.
Checks food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations.

Ensures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and all company policies and procedures during all shifts.
Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
Be willing to work a variety of shifts
1-2 years experience working in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
Charged with creating and maintaining an exceptional guest experience, including but not limited to communicating with customers in a friendly and respectful manner; engaging in restaurant cheers and celebrations that create energy; building personalized meals fast, friendly and with flair; anticipating customer needs; and addressing customer questions and concerns
Adhere to and maintain operational standards and guidelines, including food quality and safety, individual/team safety, cleanliness and sanitation
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Properly use and operate equipment and utensils including but not limited to grills, 3-compartment sink, stove, knives, and thermometers
Work alongside fellow kitchen crew, including line cooks, dish washers and prep cooks to meet daily goals
Appropriately mark, wrap, store and bag products for use/storage
Able to work in an environment that may contain dust, fumes and/or sanitation chemicals
Able to multi-task and focused on getting the job done the right way always

Skills/Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred to have food service experience
Must possess basic math skills
Must have basic computer skills and fundamentals
Must read, communicate and understand English as it relates to the job and safety regulations

We are excited to announce that Ramen Hood was unexpectedly nominated by the members of our community to partner with the Husband and Wife Law Team, Mark and Alexis Breyer (i'm sure you've seen their commercials!). We were pleasantly surprised when we received the phone call announcing the news to us so a huge thank you to the people of our community!

The Husband and Wife Law Team are helping the community through their HEART (Helping Excellent Arizona Restaurants Together) program which it's purpose is to assist local restaurants who have been impacted over the last several months due to the COVID-19 shutdowns and to bring employees back to work!

So here is the awesome part of this program. ALL TAKE OUT ORDERS on Wednesday, June 17th will be 50% off. That's right... you heard us, HALF OFF ALL TAKE OUT ORDERS!!! Why is that you ask? The Husband and Wife Law Team will be picking up the tab for the other half of your order that day!

Hey Ramen Hood Fans!

Here's some exciting new for you!

We will again be offering Dine-In service going forward starting today, 5/11/20 (all while practicing social distancing of course!). Our dine-in operations will be daily from 11AM-8PM.

We would like to thank all of our loyal guests who have supported us over the last few months which allowed us to pull through during these difficult times for us to keep our doors open where we can now provide regular dine-in service by our amazing staff!

Hey there Ramen Hood fans!

We here at Ramen Hood hope that all of our loyal guests have been staying safe through this difficult time and i know we will all get through this and thrive once again!

We wanted to give you a quick update and to let you know that we are currently still open for business but have modified our hours of operations to 11AM-8PM daily for carry out and delivery.

We have several different ways you can order from us. You may call the restaurant and place an order over the phone at 480-275-8104 or come in to place an order with one of our wonderful staff members.

For delivery service, we currently offer through Doordash, GrubHub, Postmates, and UberEats and they do have a pick up option as well through those apps. We also have added an "Order Online" button on our website at www.eatramenhood.com which has links directing you to our delivery pages if you choose not to order through a mobile app.

We are currently in the final stages of completing our online ordering page for carry out orders which when finalized, we will update you all on another post when it is live and you can place an order directly from our website without having to call or come in to place an order (the best part is that there will be no fees!).

Ramen Hood has decided to remain and continue to serve our wonderful guests for walk-in takes out orders, phone take-out orders, delivery services utilizing GrubHub, Postmates, and Uber Eats will continue as usual for the foreseeable future until further notice. Unfortunately, the Governor of Arizona has mandated that restaurants may not allow any dine-in service going forward.

Starting Friday, March 20th our hours of operation will be adjusted to 11AM to 8PM going forward as business levels have dramatically decreased.

We thank all of you for your continual support over the time we have been in operations and hope the support will continue as we have decided to stay open to provide the working opportunities needed for our employees.

Additionally, we have been actively monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) daily to keep our guests and employees informed of how this effect both our guests and employees and as things evolve, it will be posted via our social media accounts for further updates. To ensure the safety and health of our guests and employees, we have enhanced our already strict and rigorous measures of cleanliness and sanitization protocols.

We understand that this is a tough time for everyone but what’s most important is the well-being and health of our guests, employees, and all those in our community.

This Thursday, March 5th, Ramen Hood will be hosting a charity night in partnership with the Shriner's Hospital for Children!

There will be local representatives who will talk about what their hospitals do for children around the world along with a meet and greet to receive more information between 6-8pm!

15% of all bowls sold on Thursday March 5th will go to Shriner's Hospitals for Children so please come out and support a great cause!

Shriners Hospitals for Children has a mission to:
