Toxin Tuesday 💉

Teeth grinding or clenching is an involuntary response typically caused from stress and often goes unnoticed because it can occur while sleeping. One indicator of this would be a white horizontal line along the inside of your mouth (inner cheeks).

How can this be prevented or alleviated?

There are a few options out there:
First, a mouth guard can prevent the grinding.😬
Second, medications or other stress management techniques can help alleviate some of the clenching or grinding that is being experienced! 💊🧘🏼‍♀️
