All praise to Jesus Christ! He has given us this incredible opportunity to gather together and grow as a family of believers, seeking Him and being satisfied by Him. May we grow as disciples of Christ, be grounded in the love of Christ and be generous in His name.

We had our first Deep Dive with Old Testament professor David Beldman last night and it was a blast! David helped walk through some of the complex themes and odd passages of text in the book of Numbers as part of The Whole Story sermon series.

It’s Christmas Eve! We are overjoyed to spend this evening celebrating with you and your families. Service begins at 4:30pm tonight and there will be Christmas hymns, photo opps, and hot drinks and treats for everyone.

Be sure to pick up your candle this week sometime to kick off the season of Advent that starts this Sunday! You can find candles available in the church lobby alongside a prayer resource focused around Psalms to pray through as we approach Christmas.

Women's discipleship groups start this next week! Women meet together to share their lives with God together, study, and pray. If you're looking for community, you can still join!

There is a Thursday group option at 9:30-11am with childcare going through Philippians and Colossians and it’s starting September 15. There are two more groups starting on September 20th - a Bible Survey on Tuesdays at 10:30-12pm, and How to Study the Bible on Tuesdays from 6:30-8pm.

Happy Sabbatical Pastor Jason! This is the first week of a 12-week sabbatical for Jason Fischer and his wife Shannon as they take time to rest and refresh. Will you join us in praying over them as they’re away? Pray specifically for true rest, a refreshing of spirit from the Lord, and wonderful memories to be made with family. Pray also for the Lord to re-energize Jason’s heart and mind for the next season of ministry ahead.

We will miss you in the meantime Fischers! We love you!

DJ was bringing some fire on Sunday! What a reassuring truth to know that it’s impossible to actually love like Jesus did, BUT because of the empowering of His Holy Spirit we get to love the people around us with Him as He works in and through us. 💥💥💥

Today we have the opportunity to celebrate the goodness and majesty of God’s creation. Get outside and explore if you can and take in some of the ways that the Lord has showcased His goodness towards us through our world. How can we steward our earth for His glory?

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.
The world and all its people belong to him.
For he laid the earth’s foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean depths.  Psalm 24:1-2
