We are currently looking for a full-time executive assistant at our Scottsville location (30-40hours/week). Office Hours are 7am-3pm
Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing calls
Entering and Processing client data
Assist with scheduling
Managing AR/AP
Managing Employee Information and Onboarding
Processing Weekly Payroll and Payroll Taxes
Receiving Orders
Ordering supplies and other as needed duties to maintain a well-functioning office

Basic Requirements:
Pass a criminal background check
US Work Authorization
Previous Customer Service Experience (2 years preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Calendar (1 year preferred)
Work as part of a team

Training is provided. Pay is based on experience. This position does report directly to the Owner of the company. Health insurance is available after 90days.

We are currently looking for a full time access and mobility installer. Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Responsibilities include installing handicap ramps primarily as well as stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, vehicle lifts and other work as required. This position does involve travelling with a provided company vehicle, working outside in the elements, occasional over-time and occasional weekend work. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:

-Evaluate for, install and repair: ramps, stairlifts, scooters and other related mobility equipment we provide.
-Deliver first rate customer service.
-Safely drive a company vehicle to/from appointments

Basic Requirements:

-Pass a criminal background check
-Valid Drivers License
-Clean driving record
-Work as part of a team
-Communicate effectively with others
-Willingness to work an extended workweek, including some evenings and weekends
-Safely lift 70 pounds on a regular basis
-Candidates that are mechanically inclined with 1-4years of relayed experience are preferred.

This position does use a tablet to review orders, so some technological skills would be a plus. You may occasionally be required to run parts to technicians in a company vehicle. Approximately 25-35 hours a week.

-Pass a criminal background check
-Have a valid Driver's License
-Operate a pallet jack
-Operate a standing electric forklift
-Lift 70 pounds on a regular basis
-Good communication skills
-Good Organization skills
