Hi all! Just wanted to come on here and post a reminder about our policies! We hate making post like this but unfortunately the no shows and showing up late to appointments have gotten pretty bad recently. We love all our clients and want to be able to give you our best!

No shows will result in a 50% charge of the service that was scheduled. We understand that things happen and are pretty lenient most of the time but in order to protect our business and our lively hood we have to implement this policy.

Running late: We also understand that sometimes things happen out of our control and running late happens but if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to be rescheduled.
