We had a really close call last Saturday night when our McGowan’s sign caught on fire. We cannot express our gratitude enough to the Sea Isle City fire department and police department for responding so swiftly. We truly appreciate the risks they take everyday and we are forever in their debt. A special shout out to Clancy Larkin and all of the employees at the Pour House; Clancy noticed the fire and quickly called it in and we are so very grateful for her quick thinking🤍. We also need to thank all of our neighbors and friends on 39th street for keeping us informed and for all of their prayers and offers of help. We love you Sea Isle City and thankfully, we will be up and running in May for our 28th season🙏🏻

This weekend (September 16-17) will be our last weekend open for the 2023 season. It’s a very bittersweet feeling for us. Be sure to stop in and say goodbye, at least until next year!

Oh sweet summer you’ve been too good to us!

As the season slowly winds down, so do our store hours. The deli will be open everyday but on a limited schedule. And the cafe will remain open most of the week, but will be closed on Tuesday.

Thank you all for your continued support throughout this summer season.

This weeks updated hours: the deli is open 7-7 everyday except Tuesday/Wednesday. The cafe is open until 2pm all week.

Back by popular demand!

Since our first event with artist of Beach and Brush was such a success, we’ve decided to do one more before the summer ends.

Join us in our cafe on Sunday August 20 at 4:30pm for a painting happy hour catered by McGowan’s. Each participant will be entered into a raffle for a chance to take home the artwork featured above, while also creating your own version of it!

Limited spots are available. Tickets are $60. Sign up by the clicking link in our bio. Event is BYOB (21+ to drink), 16+ to participate.

Beach & Brush and McGowan's Market of Sea Isle City, NJ have teamed up to bring you a catered painting experience. Event is BYOB. Located inside of the McGowan's Cafe, participants will have the opportunity to drink their favorite beverage while painting, eating, and mingling. Each guest will leave with a completed 16"x20" painted canvas.
