The Bark & Meow Foundation networks abandoned, abused and exploited pets including pets on death row in local shelters.
The Bark & Meow Foundation's general overview consists of locating a building or house in a commercially zoned area which will be used to start a resale boutique. The net profits from the sale of goods would be used to start and maintain an on-site spay/neuter clinic and to establish an outdoor feral cat sanctuary to help end the euthanizing of feral cats in city and county shelters. The resale boutique will also provide on-site humane education programs for children.
