With car week around the corner, we decided to brew up a crisp, light, and refreshing German Pilsner. It’s the perfect treat after a long rally or something to share while peeking under the hood and working on the next great project together. THIS THURSDAY, PIZZA NIGHT IS BACK! OB Detroit style with a little West Coast flair. We pulled out the Lloyd pans from the lab to make sure these square pies are on point. We slow proof the dough for two days, hand-select the piece by piece, and back it up with a proprietary cheese blend and tomato sauce. But don’t trip—we’ve got cheese pizza and a weekly special if the pepperoni doesn’t suit your fancy. We sold out in an hour last week, so we made more dough this time. First come, first served, limited supply, get it while it’s hot!
