Some of you know that I run a concert-production company, Dryft Productions, but many of you might not. I launched in January 2018 and since then have put on over 150 concerts (including live-streamed concerts for Facebook during the pandemic), hosting incredibly talented singer-songwriters from around the Pacific Northwest. Want to see for yourself? Our next show after tonight is Friday, September 6th, on a historic 1922 steamship. They’re a ton of fun and you can get tickets on my website. I also plan to relaunch in a historic mansion here in Seattle, so stay tuned :)
Our next concert is tomorrow night on the Virginia V & we're just about sold out. Sun and ship, anyone? It's gonna be a fun one :)
Happy Friday! Our 3rd show of 2024 is tonight, and once again, it is SOLD OUT!! This show actually sold out nearly a month ago, and our June 7th show is already 2/3 sold out, so if you want to join us, don't wait too long!!
(Below: February 9th show with David Ward)
Tonight's show is SOLD OUT!!! It's been exciting to see the monthly shows on the Virginia V gradually return to pre-pandemic levels. It's heartwarming to see how many people are inspired after coming to a show and experiencing music in a way you rarely find these days. And equally heartwarming to see how magical these shows are for the musicians that play them. We're taking a break for a couple of months, but don't miss our next one on May 3rd (it's already 35% full so far!) ❤️
Six years ago today, I launched DRYFT Productions/Music to an unexpected, sold-out concert on the Virginia V steamship. Since then, I’ve produced hundreds of concerts, inspiring thousands of concertgoers and garnering 700+ reviews with a 4.95 average rating. Most importantly, I’ve been able to give many, many musicians a chance to play these intimate, listening shows, with most of them telling me this is one of the best shows they’ve ever played because of what I created. So today, I raise my glass in celebrating these six wild and wonderful years. Yes, the pandemic shifted things dramatically, but I’m finally beginning to rebuild DRYFT in a way that I hope is sustainable for at least another six years. Our next two shows on February 9th and May 3rd are both over 50% full already, so I’m off to a good start. Thank you to all the people who have supported me in this venture since its inception. I couldn’t have done it without you all ❤️

Recs for a musical act who can play 3 sets of holiday music on Dec 5, 5-8pm? 🎷 preferred, but all can apply. DM me.
These are just a few of the many fine musicians we've had play DRYFT shows in the past. Wondering who will play our next show on Friday, November 3rd?
(Psst: The only way to know is to come to the show!!)

How much do you know about this 1922 steamship? Did you know the Virginia V is one of two last operational examples of Puget Sound Mosquito Fleet steamers, once part of a large fleet of small passenger and freight carrying ships that linked the islands and ports of Puget Sound in Washington state in the late 19th and early 20th centuries? A rare piece of history. See more with your own eyes at our next show on September 7th: https://www.dryft.in/seattle
Who are some local/regional musicians you'd like to see play a future DRYFT show?
