Did you know that one way to balance out our chakras, which are balls of energy in our body, is by listening to certain frequencies associated with the chakra that needs balancing? I’ve tried them myself and have found some support in sleeping better. I wanted to share.
The Root Chakra, located where our reproductive system lies is important for being able to ground yourself. I think we all need that these days. The Solfeggio Frequency for the Root Chakra is 396 hertz. Below you will find a YouTube link to try out.
Make sure you sit or lay in a comfy position, close your eyes and focus on picturing your Root Chakra filling with light or vibrating clockwise. Continue to breath and set an intention for what kind of healing you would like by listening to this frequency. Enjoy!
