Pavlov out here getting specific with her public access training! As a service dog, Pavlov will be required to wait near the pool with her owner while the sights, smells, and loud noises happen around her. In her first session at the pool Pavlov definitely struggled at taking it all in, but she held her obedience and came out successful on the other end. After a couple more trips, the pool should be no biggie at all!

Sometimes dog training really is this boring 😴😴😴

Board-and-train Diego is entering a "blended home" of dogs as his owner gets married! 🥳 But that means needing new skills and experiences to prepare him to live with his new dog brother.

Originally thought to be dog aggressive, we've found Diego to be a sweet but stubborn boy who was struggling with some fear. Now, Diego has the skills he needs (like PLACE shown in this picture!) for his new family to more easily manage a multi-dog household, and a couple weeks of being shown that other dogs aren't going to be allowed to hurt him.

We feel that with all the progress he's made so far, Diego is all set to be the best boy in his new family 💛

Ahti is closing in on his final month with us. He's had his ups and downs but at the end has learned important skills for working in public, and several tasks to help his person both at home and out in the world. From here on, Ahti's journey will be refining his training through the private lessons included in his board-and-train.

Ahti is a collie from down south who was screened and transported to the area to be trained as a service dog for one of our lovely clients. Honey is a lovely bully breed mix who loves people but can be standoffish around other dogs. She's doing a board-and-train with us and will go hoke knowing her full core obedience, including Sit, Down, Place, Come, and Heel. She will even be ecollar trained and on the road to off-leash reliability! That said, Honey would be most successful as the only dog in the home. She will go home with some FREE dog training lessons with Kimberlee to keep her on the road to success!
