The Spruce Café is located within the Paramount Hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle.
We feature an espresso bar, traditional breakfast with amazing Dutch Baby's and grab and go options. Our espresso bar is top notch featuring a selection of all your favorite coffee concoctions expertly made by our baristas. In addition, we serve delectable breakfast treats including our ‘famous’ Dutch Baby’s featuring a selection of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The Spruce also offers grab-and-go options including pastries, fresh squeezed juice, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and more!
