It's so easy in our business of forgetting to celebrate every win. I never posted about this 30 unit Value-Add complex I became part owner in back on 10/21/2021. The name is Piney Grove Townhomes and it's located in Columbia, SC.

Life is pretty good. We closed on this value-add triplex and our team is taking on asset management ourselves to gain that invaluable experience. Big shout out to our incredible team that keeps working hard to put Four Rings Realty on the map! Kimberly DeHart, Mai-mai Larrazabal, Jean Larrazabal and our amazing agent Molly Gregory! 🙏

Hard work, focus and motivation has set 2022 off to a great start with my team acquiring this 160 unit apartment complex located in a nice suburb of Houston, TX for $17.5MM.
