🍴 Biang Biang Noodles
📍 Seattle, WA
🌟 5/5
🍜 Please, please get a noodle dish when you visit! Each flavorful noodle entree comes with three long, hand-pulled noodles that are sure to bring you back. I ordered the curry chicken dry mix and ordered extra noodles because I was splitting the dish. The chicken was so tender and flavorful! I also recommend getting the Thai iced tea (with coconut milk)—it perfectly complimented the curry flavor. There was no wait time and our food was served fairly quickly. There’s also a neat fish tank that covers a whole wall! This is one of my favorites I’ve visited so far and I will definitely visit again.

A fun weekend visiting the fam in Seattle. 🤍
The right way to start the weekend ❤️

Whenever I have guests visiting, one of the first spots I take them to is Biang Biang Noodles located in the Cap Hill neighborhood of Seattle! Just can’t resist those thick, hand-pulled noodles 🤤🤤. I got the Curry Chicken Dry Mix, and it’s probs my new favorite. It was so flavorful and creamy! 🙌
If you’ve been to Biang Biang Noodles, what’s your go-to??

a day trip to Seattle 🇺🇸
・・・
Happened to walk by one day so I decided to return and try it out. specializes in Chinese hand-pulled noodles which is a type of noodle I haven’t had often. I ordered the mapo tofu dry mix. The noodle dish came in a tasty sauce that had a little bit of spice to it. The noodles were prepared to perfection and tasted great. They have another dry mix noodle combination that I hear is pretty good, as well as a fried tofu bao.
Have you ever been to before?

Can we eat here everyday??
Made it to and woww doesn’t disappoint! Thought we ordered too much at first (and maybe we did) but it was SO GOOD we basically ate it all! Ordered mapo tofu dry noodles, pork noodle soup, cucumber salad, fried chicken bao, green onion pancake, and pork and chive dumplings.

You know you got the best coworkers, when they tell you they crave hand pulled noodles. We had a team lunch at I got the Mala Beef Hand Pulled Noodles - Extra 🔥🔥🔥. Noodles always hit the spot and the spice got my tummy all warmed up for the chilly weather.
Also. I miss photos. 🥰🤍

🌶️ cumin lamb dry mix noodles
🧃 lychee iced tea

i have always been more of a dry noodle girl as opposed to broths (but i love both!!) so i knew this was something i would have to try while in seattle. the hand pulled noodles themselves were perfectly cooked and helped soak up tht savory sauce. we got medium spicy, which was actually decently hot so the lychee iced tea rly helped in washing everything down. after snacking all day, we opted to just share a portion with extra noodles, which was more than enough to have us leaving unbelievably stuffed and satisfied
Can’t wait to see you back 🍺🍜

is a must go to spot when visiting Seattle! Clearly I just landed and was too exhausted but these noodles literally revived me 😋 The cumin lamb noodles with no soup is my favorite item on the menu, let me know what is yours. #🍜

Another favorite restaurant of mine in Capitol Hill has to be . Biang Biang serves up fresh hand pulled noodle dishes as a dry noodle or noodle soup (we got the Mapo Tofu Dry Mix). There are also side dishes, and I had to grab a HK milk tea as well. 😉
