This introductory in-person STI training workshop will encompass:
An overview of the STI curriculum including some history and legislation.
A guided navigation through the website: https://ospi.k12.wa.us/student-success/resources-subject-area/time-immemorial-tribal-sovereignty-washington-state.
An introduction to the Native Knowledge 360 curriculum developed by the National Museum of the American Indian and other pertinent materials.
An opportunity to plan for integration and implementation of the STI lessons into your classrooms.
