Mark has founded and/or run three different companies, led the Xcloud initiative, and joined to incept and deliver interactive product with the rest of us. He showed us we had an even larger opportunity to NEON.

When he's not writing novels or jumping in Lake Washington to save a total stranger, he is NEON's CEO! With deep business connections in , , and , Mark is at , strategic partnerships, and negotiation. He is always looking at the horizon of , and bringing our strongest position to the fore.

Colin has been creating and directing and art teams in the space for over a decade, winning multiple awards. Colin was key to the interactive win for VR.

When he's not on his motorcycle or guzzling coffee, he's NEON's ! Colin steers our licensed IP projects and our work to quality to exceed our partners' dreams. He brings out the in every project and pitch, but makes it feel like we're just hanging out. Colin also incubates original IP for our future portfolio.

Gianna joined NEON early on. She brings steadfast , and incredible to our day-to-day -- whether we're or or a mix.

When she's not writing children's books or bonding with extended family all over the world, she is NEON's Administrative Assistant! No task is too large or too small for Gianna. Always proactive and pitching in, she goes above and beyond her role, helping with partner outreach, and project needs.

We couldn’t be happier that Shonda Rhimes is interested in games! Team NEON knows a thing or two about the Interactive Emmy category, and would love to win another one. Call us any time, Shonda!

Don has shipped some of the biggest and best of all time. Tech direction and hands-on coding for , , and first-party titles fill his back catalog. Thankfully, the opportunity was interesting enough for us to join forces and start NEON.

When he's not snowboarding or mixing gourmet cocktails, he is NEON's CTO! Don's mastery of and are the backbone of our early products and prototypes. Don stays fresh on emerging for , the mobile ecosystem, and new paradigms in economies and graphics.

Mark has worked on over 70 on every platform (notably ), some of them award-winning, and managed teams large and small --- but started as a little drummer boy. After a decade+ in and , he worked on innovative content pipelines and platform features, then ran interactive R&D at .

When he's not or or running his busy kids around town, he is our Chief Monetization Officer! Mark spent the pandemic learning the mobile market, planning budgets and revenue forecasts and on solid market data. He also helps out with biz dev.

Before co-founding NEON with the rest of us, Naomi produced interactive R&D products at and ran a previous . She aligns and bonds instantly with partners and clients with her natural and direct style.

When she's not championing righteous causes or baking elaborate gourmet cakes, she's NEON's Senior ! Naomi has never yet let a project go over budget or slip its schedule. She makes us all more every day, and keeps us from the precipice of chaos. (cue dramatic music)

Aaron brought us all together three years ago, while building his dream-team for interactive. and (and sometimes contrarian!), he taught us the mantra "don't exploit a franchise, add value to it!"

When he's not changing diapers or at , he's NEON's COO, laying a solid business foundation so we can grow from phase with grace. Aaron wears SO many hats -- financial, logistical, project guidance, B2B relationships -- he's like a swiss army knife, but with laser beams.
