Fed raises GDP and inflation outlook, while keeping rate cut forecast The Federal Open Market Committee's March projections for rate cuts shows a median Federal funds rate of 4.6% in 2024, versus 5.25%-5.50% today.
This beauty just closed today! I know there's a lot of media coverage in recent days surrounding real estate professionals which could have sweeping implications, particularly on the buyers' broker. This transaction was a classic example of why is it SO important for buyers to have their separate representation. We had a difficult inspection negotiation with several moving pieces, including juggling a sale of an out of state property. I successfully and safely got my buyers out of our initial contract, renegotiated back to mutual on a separate contract which afforded my buyers their much needed flexibility on the closing date AND secured additional closing cost concessions.
