Haven't been on in a while due to being blissfully busy with in-person services but wanted to share with you all my day of managing life's stressers 💗 Hope you all are well and taking some time for yourself

It's been a MEGA fanatic self-care day!
Slept in, smothered coconut oil all over my hair, did two hours of yoga, full body Aveda dead sea salt scrub with CBD oil and coconut oil, lavender Epson salt bubble bath, shower with a 3×cleanse head to toe, moisturize with 2 different CBD lotions (I feel like a baby's behind 😆), 30 mins in the electric massage chair and finally watching my new dvd box set of Friends (wore out my last set) with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cake I made (taste like cinnamon coffee cake) 😍

This was so needed after yesterday's political news 🤦‍♀️🙈 I thought the last 4 presidential elections were important but this one makes me super nervous. In the 1940's they said "never again".... Yet here we are again 😔 I say "never never again!". I'm mentally preparing myself for the Roderick to come over the next 8 months. Please vote! We can do this! Democracy for the win! 🤩🥳😎

PSA 💗... I know this isn't being talked about a lot because most don't want to hear it but for the safety of everyone and I love you all far too much not to share...
.. Cases and hospitalization are up and rising in most areas ... But don't take my word for it, check it out yourself 👍 What's going on in your area? Or the world? The more we know the better! There are some info links in the comments.

As someone that, thankfully and knock on wood, has navigated so far without bringing anything common or uncommon home in 3 1/2 years I'd like to share some info...

*The saying is right 😞 we are at the point that "this is not going away".. An endemic means a pandemic that's never ending... BUT we can still do many things to prevent, slow down and protect everyone including the most vulnerable

*New strains are developing faster than the test and shots can keep up with due to lack of preventive transmissible measures... One reason why test today are giving so many false or inconclusive results

*If you are sick with ANYTHING try to take the proper steps to distance from others as much as possible... This helps OTHERS not catch whatever "it" is ... aka prevents transmission

*Masking works!!!... BUT it has to be of a quality product and properly worn.....
***Think of it this way....Will a CONDOM work if it's ill fitted, has gaps or holes OR made of cheap marital??? Same with mask 😁👍😷 They DO WORK if properly fitted, no gaps or holes and of quality marital 😁🥳 Hooray!

As a massage therapist that is inches away from clients for 12 hours at a time I have worn Cambridge Mask since the beginning and they are awesome! Military grade, high quality, reusable, comfortable, affordable and work 😁👍 If you have to be around people this is the accessory to have at hand 😎🤩

Lastly, science and medicine are desperately trying to keep up with the rapid pace development and are struggling. This is mostly due to the tsunami of political BS that stopped progress in the beginning and therefore caused the huge trickle effect that brings us to today's chaos. My wish is we can get back to the ideal that caring for everyone's safety is the cool and right thing to do 💗 Stay safe and healthy.... And VOTE!!!

Most social media exposure to Cupping is from professional athletics getting Glass Cupping - this is done at a more intense level. They use glass Cups heated up by fire and they sit in the spot for a while creating a bruise-like marking but really it's just all the toxins in the tissues coming to the surface. The ones I use are made of Silicon and are just as effective but no heat used and much more gentle/versatile because they can be stationary and moved around as a massage tool. 😁👍
